1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AskRev ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
AskRev provides an AI-powered revenue growth platform for small and medium businesses. The Platform includes campaign generation, customer targeting, analytics, and multi-channel marketing automation. Services are provided "as-is" with a 99.9% uptime SLA for paid plans.
3. User Obligations
- Provide accurate and current registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws, including the PDPA, when uploading customer data
- Obtain proper consent from your customers before processing their data through AskRev
- Not use the Platform for unauthorized or unlawful purposes
4. Data Processing Agreement
When you upload customer data to AskRev, you act as the Data Controller and AskRev acts as the Data Processor under the PDPA. We process data solely on your documented instructions and in accordance with our ISO 27001 certified Information Security Management System (ISMS). A formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, AI models, algorithms, designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of AskRev Pte Ltd. You retain ownership of your business data. AI-generated campaign content created through the Platform is licensed to you for commercial use.
6. Data Security Commitments
In alignment with ISO 27001:2022, AskRev commits to:
- Encrypting all data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3)
- Implementing role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication
- Conducting regular security audits and penetration testing
- Maintaining an incident response plan with notification within 72 hours of a confirmed breach
- Providing annual compliance reports upon request

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskRev's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. AskRev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to breaches of data protection obligations under the PDPA.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, AskRev will provide data export within 14 days and securely delete all customer data within 30 days, in compliance with ISO 27001 Annex A.8.10 (Information Deletion) and PDPA Section 25.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
